City Offices Closed for Holidays

Minot Man Struck in Fargo

Life Threatening Injuries  FARGO—A Minot man, 45-year-old Robert Powers, has been identified by the North Dakota Highway Patrol as the pedestrian who sustained life threatening injuries while crossing a Fargo street. Powers' identity was not known at the time of the accident.
