And now it's time for training camp today with Neil Roberts and the Minnesota Vikings.
Neil Roberts
He's a sixth round pick this year for the purple out of Michigan State University. Jalen Nailor joins us. And Jalen, they call you speedy and for good reason. You led the Big Ten in yards per catch in 2020. Second inn that category in 2021. You're used to making big plays, aren't you?
Jalen Nailor
Yes, sir. You know, any time the ball attacks my hands, I'm trying to make the most out of it, trying to score.
Neil Roberts
You saying it's your first NFL camp. Jalen, tell us how that's going so far.
Jalen Nailor
That's going well so far. You know, just taking it day by day, just trying to learn from the vets, take all the coaching in from the coaches and just trying to get 1% better each day. That's my goal. Just try to get 1% better.
Neil Roberts
Coming in a healthy the grind of the training camp. Right. Is this comparable back to Michigan State or a little different feel?
Jalen Nailor
Not too much of a different feel. You know, the way Coach Tug ran the program over the past couple of years. I feel like it got me ready for this training camp and I feel good each and every day.
Neil Roberts

We're with Jalen Nailor and Jalen, you spoke at those events. What are you picking up from guys like Jefferson and Thielen?
Jalen Nailor
Just the way they were running around, you know, the little things technique wise, they're getting off a press release or getting another breaks as fast as they can. You know, switching up at the top of rush, just trying to trying to watch what they do and take that into my game.
Neil Roberts
A lot of speed out here. Holy smokes, you and Smith said after the first three. But then Albert Wilson. And so who's the fastest receiver out there?
Jalen Nailor
Myself. I see myself. We might have to line it up one of these days at the camp or somebody had a receiver still in the race or something. But I'm going myself.
Neil Roberts
What's your goals for this year? Your rookie season?
Jalen Nailor
Just contribute to the team any way I can anyway. The coaches see me playing. You know, I'm gonna do that to the best of my abilities. Try to get on the field.
Neil Roberts
