GRAND FORKS — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a man was injured after running into a snow plow. According to the NDHP, the plow was northbound on I-29 coming from the Demers Exit in a convoy clearing the highway at about 4:40 p.m. Tuesday during blizzard conditions.
