WAHPETON — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a Richland County Patrol vehicle was struck on Interstate 29 about 18 miles southwest of Wahpeton on Tuesday.According to the NDHP, a Richland County Deputy was conducting a traffic stop around 10:20 p.m. when a pickup traveling southbound failed to move over and struck the patrol vehicle.
