Minot Man Dies from Injuries

FARGO—The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the Minot man who was struck while crossing an intersection in Fargo has died.  Robert Powers, 45, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash on Dec. 13 and was taken to Sanford Hospital.
