MINOT – Several construction projects in this city remain in progress despite winter weather. All are in various stages of completion. Let’s take a look at some of them.
Progress continues to be made on Minot’s newest fire station, No. 5, on 4th Avenue on the west side of the city. An early to mid-summer 2023 completion date is anticipated. A new fire engine for the station is also being built and will be delivered next year. (Photo: Kim Fundingsland/The Dakotan)

Outside construction of Trinity Hospital’s new Regional Healthcare Campus is complete and finishing work on the inside is nearing completion. It is expected that medical personnel will begin acquainting themselves with the new facility early next year. A building is being demolished on North Broadway, just to the north of the Dairy Queen, to make way for an O’Reilly Auto Parts store. The store will be in addition to the O’Reilly store on 20th Ave. SW. A spokesman said it is hoped that construction will be completed in early summer of next year.
