6:05 p.m., Nov. 11--As a follow up to an earlier report by The Dakotan, Rep. Jeff Hoverson (R-Dis. 3, Minot) apologized to the entire House of Representatives in this evening's current session. He apologized for his actions "out of the decorum of the body," referring to his very public comment to House Majority Leader Rep. Chet Pollert (R-Dis. 29, Carrington) earlier this week. Rep. Hoverson also explained that he had earlier called Rep. Pollert to apologize to him personally. Speaker Kim Koppelman (R-Dis. 13, West Fargo) accepted the public apology on behalf of the House.
