Property Damage at Railroad Crossing

CASSELTON—A pickup struck a railroad road crossing device shortly before noon on Thursday. The accident occurred two miles south of Casselton on Highway 18. According to a North Dakota Highway Patrol report, a 2011 GMC Sierra driven by Trevor Altman, 44, Fargo, struck the automatic crossing device when his pickup ran off the road.
