BISMARCK – A bill to ban biological males from female sports passed the North Dakota State House Wednesday.
House Bill 1489 states “an athletic team or sport designated for females, women, or girls may not be open to students of the male sex.”
The bill passed by a vote of 75 to 18 and will be sent to the Senate for consideration.
