MINOT — Minot Police say they arrested a woman this afternoon in connection to the murder of Alexander Eckert.
They say they took Heather Renee Faith Hoffman, 24, of Minot, into custody at 3:45 p.m. and transported her to the Ward County Jail where she was charged with Homicide (AA Felony).
Authorities had found Eckert, 22, of Minot, shortly before 1:00 a.m. Friday morning laying in front of a residence in Northwest Minot with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
