FARGO — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a man died in a head on collision in Fargo on Friday afternoon.
According to the NDHP, Peyton Young, 20, was making a left hand turn with his car on wet pavement, and in crossing over into the opposite lane, was hit by a van. He was taken by a Sanford Ambulance to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Levi Lucasdale, 21, the driver of the van, sustained minor injuries and was released at the scene. Robert Yunker, 26, a passenger of the van, sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries and was transported
to a local hospital by Sanford Ambulance.
Due to the seriousness of the crash, Fargo Police requested Highway Patrol assistance with the
crash investigation. The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
