The Minot Police Department has arrested two suspects in connection with a
shooting at a northwest Minot apartment complex on July 7, 2023.
Jordan D. Bailey, 26, of Minot, is charged with nine counts of Reckless
Endangerment and one count of Aggravated Assault. Bailey was taken into custody
Sept. 20 without incident, thanks to the collaborative efforts of the Williston BCI,
Tioga Police Department, Williams County Sheriff’s Office, and Williams County
SWAT.
Sydney R. Roller, 20, of Mandan, was arrested on September 16th in connection
with the incident. She is charged with nine counts of Accomplice to Reckless
Endangerment and one count of Accomplice to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly
Weapon.
All charges are Class C Felonies.
The investigation is ongoing.
