Weather Conditions: Clear
Crash Involvement: Vehicle vs Patrol Vehicle (T-Bone)
Agencies Involved: North Dakota Highway Patrol, Williston Police Department, Williams
County Sheriff’s Office, Williston Fire department and Ambulance.
Vehicle No. 1: 2015 Ford Escape
Driver No. 1: 17 year old female, Williston, ND - Uninjured
Restraints: Seatbelt in Use
Vehicle No. 2: 2021 Dodge Durango
Driver No. 1: 28 year old Male, Williston, ND – Uninjured (Williston PD Officer)
Restraints: Seatbelt in Use
Passenger No. 1: 35 year old female, Culbertson, MT – suspected minor injuries
Restraints: No Seatbelt in Use


NARRATIVE:
The Patrol vehicle was traveling eastbound on 2nd St East. The Ford was traveling south on 2nd
Ave East. The Ford failed to yield at the intersection marked with a stop sign. The Ford struck
the patrol vehicle. The backseat passenger of the patrol vehicle suffered minor injuries and
was transported CHI. St. Alexius in Williston, ND. She was later released from the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
