NARRATIVE: The 2006 Kenworth was eastbound on Highway 85 near mile marker 153. The Kenworth went off roadway, striking a traffic safety device. The Kenworth came to a stop in the south ditch. The driver suffered a medical emergency and was found unconscious inside the vehicle.
The driver was provided medical assistance and transported to McKenzie County Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
