NARRATIVE:
The Toyota was traveling south on Hwy 83 near mile marker 183. The Infiniti was traveling
north on Hwy 83. The Infiniti turned to go west on Hwy 23. The Toyota struck the Infiniti. Both
vehicles came to rest in the west ditch. The Infiniti was engulfed in flames. The driver of the
Infiniti was pronounced deceased on scene. All three occupants of the Toyota were
transported to Trinity Health in Minot by ambulance. The occupants sustained minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
