VALLEY CITY — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says three people were injured in a rollover accident southeast of Valley City Tuesday morning.
According to the NDHP, Hunter Gwilliams, 19, of Valley City was traveling "at an excessive speed" on a gravel road with three passengers. He lost control of the pickup, and it rolled injuring him and two passengers, Jennifer Anderson, 19, and Cody Phillips, 23, at about 7:30 a.m.
All three were transported by ambulance to CHI Mercy Hospital in Valley City to be treated for their injuries.
Gwilliams has been charged with a DUI.
The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
