MINOT — The Minot Shrine Club Circus Board announced the Northwest Shrine Circus will return this year to the North Dakota State Fair Center.
Performance Dates and Times:
Thursday, May 5 – 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Friday, May 6 – 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 7 – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The board said it appreciates the local businesses that support it. Their sponsorship is tantamount to being able to not only put on the Northwest Shrine Circus but to also continue the support of the Shriners Hospitals for Children and the services they are able to provide for children in need.
The Northwest Shrine Circus has been a welcomed, recurring event for Minot and the surrounding community for 66 years. Having the opportunity to bring it back after taking a two-year break brings joy and renewed energy to our Shrine Club members.
The Minot Shrine Club serves as the local representative body of Shriners International. Shriners are a fraternity based on fun, fellowship and the Masonic principles of brotherly love, truth, and relief. Through their fundraising efforts, they support the Shriners Hospitals for Children and provide transportation for children going to or coming home from those hospitals.
