MINOT — Minot Police say they are investigating a homicide that happened early Friday morning.
They say officers responded at 12:41 a.m. to a report of an unresponsive man laying in front of a residence in Northwest Minot and found Alexander R. Eckert, 22, Minot, with a gunshot wound.
Eckert was pronounced dead at the scene.
