Minot, N.D. — The Minot Area Chamber EDC (MACEDC) is excited to announce the addition of Jarid Lundeen to the board of directors. Jarid is the proud owner of a wide variety of local businesses including Trusted Tire & Auto with 4 locations in Minot and Bismarck, Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchise with 8 locations across North & South Dakota, and Bones BBQ Smokehouse and Grill.
Jarid was born and raised in Minot and graduated from Minot State University with a bachelor's degree in management in 1997. He worked for Wells Fargo after college and became a branch manager before managing Trusted Tire & Auto Total Car Care with his father in April 2000. His greatest accomplishment has been raising 6 children and he has been happily married for over 25 years to his wife, Lynn.
He has been an active member in the community and served on numerous boards throughout the Minot area; Minot State Board of Regents member and past Chairperson, Former President and Founding Member of Minot’s Young Professional Network, Campaign Chair and Past President of Souris Valley United Way, Minot State Foundation committee member, North Central Tires Dealers Board of Directors, and School board member Minot Catholic Schools. Jarid also was the original organizer of Minot State “Game Day” and Bishop Ryan’s “Super Omnia” committee, is a Minot Rotary Club member, past Cub Scouts pack leader, and has coached various youth sports. Additionally, he is in the process of creating his own non-profit for auto repairs and maintenance, along with supplying people in need with free or reduced in price vehicles.
Jarid has been an avid participant in MACEDC initiatives. He has consistently shown support attending many events and is the Honorary Commander for the US Air Force 5th Communication Squadron on Minot Air Force Base. We are thrilled to have Jarid joining the team and cannot wait to see how he continues to support the Minot area through this new position.
