City of Minot release


Seven candidates submitted the required paperwork to appear on the June ballot
for Minot City Council.
City of Minot positions on the June 11 ballot include three seats on the City Council.
The candidates who will appear on the ballot are:
 Stephan Podrygula
 Mike Gietzen
 Mike Blessum
 Scott Burlingame
 Leif Snyder
 Scott Samuelson
 Rob Fuller

Podrygula and Burlingame are incumbents. Council member Carrie Evans chose not to run for re-election.
The submitted paperwork, including the required 300 signatures of eligible voters
within the city limits, was verified by the City Clerk’s office.
The election is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11. Polling locations in Minot will be in
the Armory at the Minot Municipal Auditorium, the Ward County Administrative
Building, and the State Fair Center. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
