The seventh annual State of the City, featuring an address from Mayor Tom Ross,
will be held Feb. 8.
The noon luncheon event will take place at the Minot State University Dome. The
event is free and open to the public.
The Minot Commission on Aging will provide 150 meals for the event on a firstcome, first-served basis; no lunch reservation is required. A free will offering will be
taken with all proceeds going to the Minot Commission on Aging’s Meals on Wheels
program.
“We’re excited to hold the State of the City in the MSU Dome, which is one of the
jewels of our community,” Ross said. “We’re thankful to work with so many great
community partners to make this event a success. We look forward to reflecting on
the events of 2023 and sharing our vision for 2024 with the residents of Minot.”
The event will be streamed live on City of Minot social media platforms, including
the City’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
