Vehicle No. 1: 2002 Jeep Liberty
Driver No. 1: Kelly Hanson, female, 23, Jamestown, Injured
Restraints: Not restrained
Charges: DUI, possession of fentanyl, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia,
driving under suspension
Passenger No. 1: Carson Roland, male, 19, Jamestown, Injured
Restraints: Seatbelt
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia


NARRATIVE: The Jeep Liberty was traveling west on I-94 when it lost control and ran off the
roadway to the north. The Jeep entered the north ditch and went into a roll. The Jeep came
to final rest in the adjacent field. The driver was ejected while the passenger remained belted
in the passenger seat. The driver sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries. The
passenger sustained minor injuries. Both occupants were transported to Sanford Hospital in
Fargo.
