Arrest in Overdose Deaths

Minot Police release


The Minot Police Department arrested a suspect Friday in connection with a series of recent
overdoses in Minot.
Antuan J. Smith, 25, of Minot, was arrested on four counts of Delivery of Controlled
Substances Resulting in Death or Injury (Class A Felony).
Smith was transferred to the Ward County Jail.

Remember, the Good Samaritan Law provides protection from prosecution. In order to be
immune from prosecution:

2) Remain onsite until assistance arrives
3) Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency medical service personnel
