We are investigating a shooting that took place in a southwest Minot apartment.
One male was pronounced dead on scene, and an additional female victim was transported to Trinity Hospital.
The suspect is in custody.
Additional details will be released tomorrow.
The Dakotan -- Daniel Breijo is being held in the Ward County Jail on charges of Murder and Attempted Murder with an initial court appearance set for Tuesday afternoon.
