NARRATIVE:
At 12:33 AM CST, State Radio dispatched a wrong way driver call northbound in the
southbound lanes of Interstate 29, at mile marker 74. Multiple agencies responded. At 12:49
AM CST, the Ford, while still northbound in the southbound lanes, struck the Volvo head-on.
The Ford came to rest on the outside shoulder of southbound Interstate 29, at mile marker 93,
facing northwest. The Volvo came to rest in the median facing southeast.
The driver of the Ford, Siemubonue Torh, was pronounced deceased on scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
