MINOT—An event aimed at helping people complete an advance healthcare directive has been cancelled due to the winter storm.
The event, to be hosted by Trinity Health’s pastoral care team, was set for October 26th at Trinity Health Hospital.
Chaplain staff say people are still encouraged to download and fill out the healthcare directive form located on Trinity’s website, trinityhealth.org. Just type in “healthcare directives.” Individuals can then bring the notarized form to the hospital.
