Driver No. 1: Juan Osorno Castillo; 35 years old; Belgrade, MT; minor injuries
Restraints: Seat belt in use
Charges: None
Passenger No. 1: Kenny Duarte Mairena; 21 years old; Belgrade, MT; no injuries
Restraints: Seat belt in use
Passenger No. 2: Juan Osorno Rodrigues; 66 years old; Belgrade, MT; serious injuries
Restraints: Seat belt not in use
Passenger No. 3: Daysi Castillo Davila; 57 years old; Belgrade, MT; minor injuries
Restraints: Seat belt not in use


NARRATIVE: Juan Osorno Castillo was eastbound on I-94 traveling to Chicago from
Belgrade, MT. Osorno Castillo passed a CMV and returned to the right lane when the rear
passenger side tire blew out. Osorno Castillo lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the
roadway and entered the median where it rolled over. The vehicle came to rest in the median
on its passenger side.
The occupants were transported to CHI St. Alexius Dickinson by the Billings County and
Belfield Ambulances. Three of the occupants sustained injuries in the crash.
This crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
