A 2023 Jeep Wrangler was traveling northbound on 32nd Ave W in the city of
Williston near the roundabout with 11th Ave W. A 2019 Ford Edge was going through the
roundabout at the time. The Jeep, driven by Anna Blazicevich, failed to yield to traffic in the
roundabout and struck the Ford Edge, driven by Katelund Cooper. The Ford then spun and
rolled before coming to rest on its roof. The Jeep spun and caught on fire. Blazicevich,
Cooper, Nessie Gutierrez, and two juvenile passengers were transported via ambulance to CHI
St. Alexius in Williston for their injuries.
Investigation revealed that Blazicevich was potentially under the influence of alcohol.
Blazicevich was placed under arrest for Criminal Vehicular Injury.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
