NARRATIVE: A 2019 Chevy Silverado was traveling westbound on Highway 2 near mile
marker 73 when it ran off the road and into the north ditch. The pickup then struck a fence
before coming to rest. The driver of the pickup, James Locken, was transported via ambulance
to Tioga Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
