NARRATIVE: The Kia was westbound on 33rd Ave NE as a train was southbound on the tracks. The Kia struck a rail car as it was traveling southbound. The vehicle was drug approximately 1 mile to the south where it came to rest after striking a railroad crossing tie. The driver suffered fatal injuries from the crash.
The name will be released at a later date. The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
