MINOT, N.D. – Minot State football’s defensive coordinator Lee Pronschinske is stepping up to lead the Beavers in the team’s time of transition. The announcement was made by Minot State Director of Athletics Kevin Forde.
Pronschinske led a Beaver defense this past season. Prior to joining the Minot State staff he spent two years working with the North Dakota State Bison’s defense, helping lead them to the FCS National Championship.
Fellow Beaver coaches Jacob Zier, Mike Famiglietti, and Daniel DeYoung will also remain on staff during the team’s transition. Zier is Minot State’s defensive line coach, Famiglietti is the wide receivers and special teams coach, and DeYoung is the tight ends coach.
A search for a new head coach for the Beavers is currently underway.
