MINOT – Terrance Ferdinand, 68, Foxholm, has been identified by the Ward County Sheriff’s Department as the man killed when struck by a train during the early morning hours of August 24.
The accident occurred in Foxholm on the Canadian Pacific Railway line and was not at a crossing.
