NARRATIVE: The 2012 Infiniti was traveling southbound on Highway 1804 when it failed to negotiate a curve, the vehicle left the roadway rolled, vaulted, and came to rest in the southwest ditch on its wheels. The driver was pronounced deceased on scene. The name will be released pending notification of next of kin The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
