MINOT – The new turf is hitting the ground at Herb Parker Stadium and will be ready for action when the Minot State football and soccer teams kick off their seasons in early September.
The project began Monday with the removal of the old turf and now Beaver fans can own a little piece of Herb Parker as the rolls of old turf are being sold for $10 per roll.
The sections are being sold by the North Dakota State Surplus, and checks should be made out to State Surplus. Cash and credit options are also available.
