MINOT — The Minot Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person.
Ashlan Garcia, 20, of Minot, was reported missing by family the week of April 18, 2022. Garcia is described as a Hispanic male, 5’-6” tall, 170 lbs, brown eyes, and black hair. He left home without his cell phone or wallet.
