STANLEY — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 26-year-old man from Stanley died in a head-on collision with a semi shortly after midnight on Saturday.
According to the NDHP, a Peterbilt semi was southbound on ND Highway 8 traveling from a salt-water site to New Town. Tyler Kroshus was in a Ford Taurus parked in the southbound lane facing north. The semi crested a hill and struck the car head-on.
Kroshus was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
