TAPPEN—The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a man died in a rollover accident early Sunday morning.
According to the NDHP, Brett Harr, 20, Steele, was traveling on I-94 at about 12:30 a.m. when he lost control of the Ford F150 on the scattered ice 8 miles east of Tappen. The vehicle left the road and rolled over near Exit 221.
Harr was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
This crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
