BISMARCK—The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Storm Warning across the following counties: Bottineau, Rolette, McHenry, Pierce, Wells, Foster, Stutsman, LaMoure, and Dickey. The Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 6 p.m. today, Thursday, Jan. 13, through 6 p.m. Friday.
