As director, Leinen will be responsible for drafting and distributing statistical reports, analyses and exhibits to stakeholders, and will collaborate with management staff to identify and deliver necessary administrative support operations for the organization. Other duties include analyzing data from the organization’s management information systems and conducting system performance analyses and evaluations.
“I am excited to continue working with the various departments of Trinity Health that provide high quality care to the region,” Leinen said. “I’m looking forward to getting further involved in the operations of the health system and continuing to provide support.”
Originally from Bemidji, MN, Leinen received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University in 2017 and remained at NDSU to earn his MBA with a healthcare emphasis in 2019. He joined Trinity Health in 2020 as an Administrative Resident and was hired as Associate Director of Decision Support the following year.
He has been an asset when it comes to helping departments achieve their improvement goals, and he played a critical role working with various partners to plan and execute Trinity’s move to the new Healthcare Campus and Medical District.
