“CELEBRATING EVERYDAY HEROES”
The James Memorial Art Center’s annual Art Fest will be held Saturday, September 16th, 10 AM-4 PM at
Recreation Park in Williston. This year we are honoring and celebrating our everyday heroes. We are seeking:
- Sponsors
- Art/craft and food vendors
- Artists to donate original work for the live auction
This family-friendly event will feature live music, a community art project, games, art and craft
vendors, food vendors, and a live art auction which consists of original art pieces created especially for Art Fest. Featured artists this year are the Chalk Twins who will be making their first appearance in
North Dakota, travelling all the way from Florida to create a beautiful mural on canvas live at the
festival! This event is free and open to the public.
The purpose of this event is to promote art in Northwestern North Dakota and to raise money for the preservation and operation of the James. With Recreation Park filled with artists and vendors, Art Fest is a great place to find that unique gift for someone special or yourself while supporting the Williston community and the James Memorial Art Center.
While Art Fest is the James’ largest fundraiser of the year, it truly meets our mission by promoting the arts and enhancing our community through interactive experiences and supporting local artisans.

The 17th annual art fest is Williston area’s largest outdoor arts and crafts festival. It’s the perfect place to sell handmade goods, products, and treasures!
