Beginning Wednesday, September 7, the loop in front of City Hall will be closed to vehicle parking for the remainder of the week as crews will be working to replace the asphalt. The utility bill drive-up drop box will be closed to traffic. Customers can still drop off bills inside City Hall or at any other bill drop-off location around Minot.
The asphalt replacement is expected to be completed on Saturday. Vehicle traffic will be allowed to return to the loop when the project is finished.
