MINOT — The Minot Public Library encourages community members to connect and engage socially through its newest adult-centered library program, Adult Trivia Night.
Beginning, Wednesday, April 27 at 6:00 p.m., the Minot Public Library will host an adult trivia night on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
Adult Services Librarian Zhaina Moya said the idea for this program was to host a fun event for adults with no pressure to pay or buy anything.
“The goal is to provide people with some place other than a bar or restaurant to have fun, meet people, and hopefully learn some new things,” Moya said.
People can play individually or gather a group of friends (or strangers) to form a team no larger than 5.
Each month, teams will be answering questions from different categories including sports, music, movies, art, and literature along with many other miscellaneous categories. There are four rounds that make up the game consisting of 10 questions per round.
This program is open for all adults 18 and over. Registration is not required, but please call the library at (701) 852-1045 for more information.
