MANDAREE—The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a vehicle rolled Monday morning injuring two people.
According to the NDHP, the 2000 Dodge Durango was traveling north around 10 a.m. on Highway 22 about 10 miles north of Mandaree when the 25-year-old driver from Plantation, FL, lost control while navigating a curve. The vehicle went into the ditch and rolled, coming to rest on the passenger side.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries. The 62-year-old passenger from Flushing, NY, was also not wearing a seatbelt and suffered serious injuries. Both were transported to Trinity Hospital in Minot.
Roads were slick at the time of the accident. The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
