BISMARCK–U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer, R-ND released a Christmas video message:
“This Christmas season, as we celebrate the birth of a savior, I’m overwhelmed with emotion. What overwhelms me the most is that we have the creator of the universe who wanted to reconcile with his most favorite creation of all: people. So badly he wanted to be with us that he became one of us. And he took the most humble form possible.
“We celebrate in traditional ways in our home. Several generations now of Kris and my family reading the Christmas story and celebrating the fact that we, as God’s people, have a savior who was one of us.
“In tough times like we’ve been experiencing these last couple years, it’s really important to hang on to the good news of a savior born on Christmas. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and we go into 2022 with great optimism, great opportunity, and peace on earth. God Bless.”
