NARRATIVE: The Toyota was traveling in a parking lot of an apartment complex. The Toyota came around a section of garages and struck the juvenile male that was riding his bicycle in the area. The juvenile male was pronounced deceased on scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
