MINOT--The Minot State women's basketball team went into halftime leading Bemidji State 24-23, but could not hang on in the second half and fell 70-61 to the Beavers at home Friday.
The Beavers (9-14, 4-12) had three players score in double figures, led by Kennedy Harris, who had 19 points. Natasha Elliott added 12 points and two steals and Kate Head chipped in as well with a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
MSU Men’s Basketball
The Minot State men's basketball team got a 35-point performance from the bench, but fell 71-65 to the Bemidji State Beavers at home Friday.
Connor Hollenbeck led the Beavers (9-12, 6-11) in double figures with 18 points, Khari Broadway tacked on with 13 points, four assists and two steals off the bench. Mason Hedberg also flew high off the bench with 12 points.
