KARLSRUHE — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says two men were injured when they collided at an intersection near Karlsruhe shortly after noon on Friday.

According to the NDHP, Jorden Keller, 26, Burlington, and Randy Merck, 62, Karlsruhe, were both approaching the intersection of 48th St N and 2nd Ave N when Merck failed to yield.

Both drivers suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Trinity Hospital in Minot by ambulance.

Merck was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way at an intersection marked with a yield sign.
