New Highway Patrol Commander for Minot

NDHP Promotes Duletski to Lieutenant 

NARRATIVE: Colonel Brandon Solberg announces the promotion of Sgt. Ryan Duletski to Lieutenant. Duletski joined the North Dakota Highway Patrol in August 2007 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota. He attended the Highway Patrol Academy, graduating in February 2008.  

Duletski was initially stationed in Williston as a traffic enforcement trooper, he transferred to New Salem in 2009. He then transferred to Bismarck June 1, 2013, and worked as a traffic enforcement trooper until he was promoted to Sergeant March 1, 2016. Duletski served as a Southwest Regional Sergeant until he was assigned as Director of Dignitary Protection September 6, 2022.  

Lt. Duletski will serve as the Northwest Regional Commander in Minot, effective May 1, 2023.
