Tells Theory of Possible Election Fraud

MINOT – Several North Dakota citizens heard a call to action Monday to look into the possibility of election fraud in their own state.

Surface electro-chemist Dr. Douglas Frank, Ohio and founder of the website FrankSpeech, speaking at Living Word Lutheran Church, went through information on different elections across the country, having been to 45 different states, and told attendees three main takeaways to consider about North Dakota.

“The first takeaway message for you is, that ain’t natural buddy,” said Frank. “Your elections are not behaving in a natural, random way. They’re behaving in a controlled way. Second takeaway message is this: If your population is growing at a certain rate, but the voter rolls are voting at a faster rate, that’s awfully suspicious.”

Frank presented what he said was data from the North Dakota Secretary of State’s website, showing the state’s total population since 1980, how many people were eligible to vote, and how many voted. One slide showed in Ward County, about 7,000 more people voted than those eligible to vote.

Some graphs appeared to show more voters than the population trend by five percent.

“You’ll notice I don’t have monthly data for your state, I sure wish I did,” said Frank. “Your state won’t give us that information. Your state is in deep yogurt. But you have something going for you. On the one hand, your legislature is completely RINOed out, and all this election reform that’s being proposed is just getting knocked down everywhere. But on the other hand, you have a very active grassroots organization kicking up in the state, and that’s how you win.”

Frank said the third takeaway is to vote as the Amish do, by paper and not machines. He gave examples in Europe where ballots were hand counted, taking about a day to get through and costing less than machines. Some in the audience Monday suggested people who wish ballots be hand counted also be willing to volunteer to count them.

Frank has worked closely with MyPillow owner Mike Lindell, who has also traveled the country speaking about similar concerns. In September 2022, the FBI served search warrants to seize the phones of both Frank and Lindell.

Lindell is facing a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit over his continued claims against Dominion Voting Systems. Frank’s conclusions of a stolen election in 2020 have not held up to review by mathematicians and election experts.
