NARRATIVE: The Silverado had stopped at the intersection of 33rd Ave NE and US Highway 2 coming from an area near Rugby. The Silverado stopped at the stop sign and then proceeded through the intersection into the median. The Silverado then began to cross US Highway 2 eastbound lanes. While the Silverado was southbound, a Durango was eastbound. The Durango was struck at a right-angle and spun facing north into the south ditch of US Highway 2. The Durango began to roll in the south ditch where the driver was ejected and suffered fatal injuries. The female passenger was ejected and suffered serious injuries. The female passenger was taken to Trinity Hospital. The juvenile was taken to Heart of America Medical Center treated and released. The crash is still under investigation by the NDHP.
